I have got a "PKCS#11 dynamic library not found" issue when trying to make a signature with eSigner
eSigner 4.X versions
This error indicates that eSigner is not able to find Classic Client.
A parameter in the eSigner configuration file gives the path to the Classic Client gclib.dll file.
- Find the gclib.dll file on your computer (the default path is C:\Program Files\Gemalto\Classic Client\BIN\gclib.dll).
- Edit the config.reg file in the plugin folder of the eSigner installation.
- Copy the gclib.dll path in the PKCS11LibraryName
This error can also appear if the config.reg file has been altered and cannot be properly read. In this case uninstall eSigner and reinstall it to resolve the issue.
