Access Client provides a tool called a diagnostic tool. Using this tool, you can generate a log file that includes the result from the test you perform. This tool checks the following components.

  • OS/Access Client/files version
  • PC/SC environment
  • CAM state
  • IOP state
  • CSP connection/card access/signature.
