The eSigner "Sign and Submit" dialog box does not appear when I want to make a signature

eSigner 3.X versions


A registry key indicates where the pop up appears on the screen.

If the button that triggers eSigner is visible this error can be caused because the registry key has been modified and the pop up is displayed out of the screen.

You should set the registry key to its default value:

 [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Gemplus\Signature Plugin] "FramWinPos"="0,0,500,400"
